Review and Approve a Toast Catering Event Estimate

• How can a guest sign and approve a Toast Catering event contract that I sent them?
• How can guests review and approve Catering & Events estimates that I sent them?

If you have sent an estimate to your guest for their event, they will receive a notification email asking them to review and approve it. Moreover, if you've configured the contract to require a signature, your guest will be prompted to sign (enter) their name at the bottom of the contract email page.

Below is a sample of an email notification that your guest will receive. To review and approve a contract, they can follow these steps:

1. First, open the Toast Catering & Event Estimate email and select View estimate to review the order details.
   
   
   
   
2. Once they're ready to approve an order estimate, they can scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter their full name or signature in the field provided, as shown below.
   
   
   
   
3. Then, select the Accept estimate and contract button.
