Toast Payroll: Find Your Form W-2 (For Employees)

Where do I get my W2 from Toast?

Form W-2s will be available on Monday January 19, 2026. If you requested a paper Form W-2, your employer will distribute it to you on or before January 31, but you can always download a digital copy by following these steps:

MyToast Path

1. Note: Form W-2s are only available in the MyToast app for current employees. Former or terminated employees should use the Toast Payroll path below.
2. If you haven't already, scan the QR code with your mobile device and download the MyToast app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
   1. As of April 2025, Apple devices must have iOS 16.0 or later installed and Android devices must have Android 11 or later installed. Select a link to learn how to check your smartphone's OS version.
      
      
      
      
3. Log into the MyToast app using your Toast email and password. Use Log in to a Toast Product or Device if you need assistance.
4. Navigate to Pay > Access Tax Forms (W-2s).
5. Select the appropriate year to view or download your Form W-2. If you don't see your Form W-2 on or after January 19, contact your employer.

Toast Payroll Path

1. Log into payroll.toasttab.com. Use Log in to a Toast Product or Device if you need assistance logging in.
2. Navigate to My Profile > Taxes & Documents > Year End Documents.
3. Select a Form W-2 link to view, download, or print it. If you don't see your Form W-2 on or after January 19, contact your employer.
