What should I do if my Kiosk stops sending orders to the kitchen?

Try these troubleshooting steps:
Check that the menus visible to the Kiosk are assigned to prep stations.
Check that Send order to kitchen when guest completes payment at register is enabled in Toast Web (see Set Up Payment Options for Kiosk section of this Support Center article, Set Up Your Kiosk).
Check that the correct dining options are configured on your Kiosk (see Dining Options for Kiosk section of this Support Center article, Set Up Your Kiosk). You can also try toggling these dining options off and then back on.
Resync all data to your Kiosk device.
Power cycle your Kiosk (turn it off and then back on).
