Uber Eats Discount Reporting

Will the discounts I created with a third-party ordering partner show in my Toast reports?

Uber Eats discounts will be reflected in Toast reporting. These discounts appear on the order, receipt, and in Toast reporting, ensuring sales totals match the actual order value. 

In Toast Web, Uber Eats discounts will be reflected in the following reports:

• Sales Summary report
• Discounts Summary report
• All Discounted Orders report
• Orders report > Discount Amount
• Order Details report > Single Order View

Uber Eats discounts will not be visible in the following reports:

• Discount Reasons report
• Discounts by Server report
• Discounts by Approver report.

If you use an external reporting integration, discounts will be represented in the same way as Toast discounts.
 
Note: Only restaurant-funded Uber Eats discounts will appear in Toast reporting; Uber Eats-funded discounts will not be visible. In the case of a co-funded discount, only the restaurant-funded portion of the discount will show in Toast. Uber Eats controls pricing and promotions for orders placed through its platform. Toast displays these values in the POS and reports.
