What you'll accomplish: You will disconnect a linked Facebook or Instagram (Meta) account from Brand Hub.

Disconnect From Brand Hub

Disconnect a linked Meta account from the Social media tab in Brand Hub. A connected account shows its name next to a Manage link and a Disconnect Meta account button.

1. Navigate to Toast Web > Marketing > Brand Hub > Public Profiles > Social media.
2. Next to the connected account name, select Disconnect Meta account. This is separate from Manage, which opens Meta's page settings instead. The account disconnects right away, with no confirmation prompt.

Note: If you have active Meta ads running on this account, Disconnect Meta account will be greyed out. Turn off your Meta ads before disconnecting the account.

Expected outcome: The account is disconnected. Brand Hub now shows Connect Meta account with a Connect Meta Business Account button, ready to link a different account.
