At the end of a transaction, the guest will be prompted with an option to sign up for the Toast Loyalty Program.
To relink or link the current credit card to an already existing loyalty/rewards account:
Note: If the guest does not receive a verification email within a few minutes, it may be because they have marked the email as spam, or the verification email got sent to their spam folder automatically. Please advise them to check their spam folder for the verification email.
This issue happens when a guest uses a payment card that is different from the card used when the loyalty points were originally set up.
