View Catering Sales Summary Report

• How do I view the Catering Sales report?
• How do I see a summary of my catering sales?
• Can I set up our Sales Summary report in such a way that it will only display numbers for catering sales?

At this time, a separate report for viewing a summary of catering sales is not available. However, you can use and filter the Sales Summary report to view a summary of your catering sales. Follow these steps to proceed:

1. Navigate to the Toast Web homepage, then select Sales summary from the Quick Actions menu.
2. Select More filters, and select the pin next to Source. You can choose to pin more filters as desired.
3. Once completed, select the Apply Filters button below. You can filter the report by date, location, custom hours, day of week, employee name, services/daypart, revenue centers, source, service areas, dining options, and source.
4. Under the Source drop-down, you can choose Catering, Catering Online Ordering, and/or Invoices and select the Apply button to view a summary of your catering sales.
