One of the checks on my POS is outlined in red - what do I do?

Answer

A red check might indicate that an order is unable to sync to Toast servers. If you see a check outlined in red on your terminal, contact Customer Care via the Toast Now app for troubleshooting assistance.

 

If a red check is present, do not proceed with any actions that could result in losing the payment, such as:

  • Uninstalling the Toast app
  • Factory resetting
  • Clear Data
  • Resync ALL Data or Resync Orders
