What should I do if an employee has not received their tips?
Navigate to the employee’s profile in Toast Payroll. Scroll down a touch and look for a red ! icon next to POS Mapping. If you see the icon, follow the directions in Toast Payroll: Manage Employee Mapping to sync employee profiles across the Toast systems. Next, confirm that the Toast Pay Card is the employee’s selected payment method by navigating to Employment > Payment Method within their profile. If the issue persists, verify your Pay Card settings in Toast Payroll by navigating to Settings > Pay Card. Are you set to offer Wages only? Are you set to adjust tip offers?
