Toast Payroll: Form WH-1

The WH-1 form is an Indiana withholding tax form and is required for any business that is withholding taxes from its employees. If a company paid Indiana taxes through Toast Payroll, we will submit a WH-1 on their behalf. This can be found in your quarterly tax package. To locate the form, navigate to Reports > Tax Filing. Select your FEIN and Year, then download a quarterly tax package to locate this form.
