If you are seeing multiple tickets for the same order on your kitchen display (KDS), typically, this is either due to using course pacing, or having a setting turned on that requires each individual item to have an individual ticket.
If you are seeing multiple items per ticket and multiple tickets per order, it is likely that you have course pacing turned on at your restaurant, it is currently not possible to have all courses listed on a single ticket. Courses will always be broken out into individual tickets per course on your kitchen display screens. To learn more, see Configure Automated and Expediter Course Firing.
If you are seeing one item per ticket and multiple tickets per order, it is likely that you have your KDS set to Display each item on individual tickets at both prep stations and expos.
