If your tickets are being sent to the kitchen separately, it may be because the course pacing feature is enabled. If you don't want the tickets to split up into multiple tickets, please follow these steps:
If you're seeing one item per ticket and multiple tickets per order, it's likely that you have your KDS set to Display each item on individual tickets at both prep stations and expos or Display each item on individual tickets at prep stations only.
