Answer

If tips are missing from a shift review:
  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Sales > Orders.
  2. Using the report dropdown filters, filter the report to the name of the employee who completed the shift review and select Update
  3. Locate the order missing the tip. Select the order to open the Order Details panel.
  4. At the top of the Order Details panel, select View Update History to review if tips were added after shift review completion.
  5. If tips were added after the employee completed their shift review, reopen the employee's shift. To learn more, see Adjust Cash Tips After a Shift Review is Closed.
  6. Complete the shift review again.
  7. Close shift again, and adjust clock out time as needed. To learn more, see Edit Employee Time Clock Entries
