Toast Payroll: Deactivate a Requisition When a Position Is Filled

With Toast Payroll's recruitment module, can a requisition automatically deactivate once a position is filled?

Yes. When setting up a new requisition (Recruitment > Add+ (or the edit pencil on the existing requisition), on the Settings step, you can determine how many slots you're looking to fill and if the post should automatically deactivate once those slots have been filled.

If you select Yes to automatically deactivate the post, the post will deactivate once they have hired enough employees to fill all slots.

When you're on the Recruitment dashboard, you'll see how many slots are remaining (spots looking to fill minus hired employees through that requisition).
