This article answers frequently asked questions to help you through the process of swapping Elo V4 tablets.
We want to inform you about a temporary change in our hardware shipping. Due to a recent supply chain issue, there was a gap between June 1st and June 27th where some orders for POS terminals, KDS tablets, and Kiosk tablets were fulfilled with the Elo V4 as a replacement for the standard Elo V2.
As of June 30th, we are shipping the Elo V2 for these devices as usual.
The Elo V4 was provided as a direct replacement to ensure your order was not delayed. Both versions offer a seamless experience with your Toast system. If you have any questions about the Elo device you received, please don't hesitate to contact us.
This change was due to a supply chain issue with the Elo V2. We took the liberty of upgrading you, at no additional cost, rather than having you wait for your original hardware.
