Key Features of the Thanx Integration

Create modern mobile apps and web ordering experiences: Thanx builds mobile and web-based digital experiences on top of Toast’s online ordering product. In addition to viewing the menu and purchasing food items, guests are automatically enrolled in the restaurant’s loyalty program. What’s more, guests’ credit cards will be registered for future purchase tracking so that all subsequent purchases, both in-store and online, are known. 

• Do segmented marketing without a large team: With the data captured through online ordering and through loyalty program sign-ups via app and text to join, restaurant marketers will be able to view a complete 360-degree view of your guests. Thanx automatically segments those guests for use in marketing and offers custom segments for anything a brand can dream up.
• “Set it and forget it”: Thanx offers automated campaigns and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement with the loyalty program.

Enable Thanx With Toast

1. To enable Thanx with Toast, log into  and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
2.  Enter Thanx into the search field and select Add Now.
   1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see . 
      
      
       
3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the  article for more information.
4. Once confirmed, the Thanx onboarding team will contact you to complete the integration process. Note it can take up to four weeks to complete onboarding.
