Integrating Lineup.ai enables your historical and real-time data to flow into Lineup software to create accurate and dynamic sales and labor forecasts, broken down hourly and by channel. These predictions act as a visual guide when creating highly-efficient schedules using our drag-and-drop builder or a customized template that works best for you. Once complete, they feed directly into Toast POS and deploy to staff via text and email; any updates will also send notifications.

We will ask any new customer to contact a Lineup.ai representative to enable the Toast integration with Lineup.ai. Lineup.ai uses Toast’s Partners API to pull the required locations and associated Orders, Labor, and Configuration data, set up user accounts, and generate forecasts. Onboarding can take one to two business days, depending on how many locations you have.
