Employees can log on and navigate to My Profile > Employment > Payment Method. This page will instruct them to navigate to their email inbox and retrieve a two-factor authentication code. Once entered into the payroll system, employees will see a screen similar to this where they may choose their method.

Customers writing out of their own account should contact their bank and request a stop payment on the check. Legacy customers writing out of Toast's account should contact Toast to request a stop payment for a $25 fee.

We highly recommend that you contact your bank to find out the reason why they are unable to cash an employee’s check. Oftentimes, some banks will decline to process checks prior to the date indicated on the check.
