What should I do if an employee has not received their tips?
Navigate to the employee’s profile in Toast Payroll. Scroll down a touch and look for a red ! icon next to POS Mapping. If you see the icon, follow the directions in to sync employee profiles across the Toast systems. Next, confirm that the Toast Pay Card is the employee’s selected payment method by navigating to Employment > Payment Method within their profile. If the issue persists, verify your Pay Card settings in Toast Payroll by navigating to Settings > Pay Card. Are you set to offer Wages only? Are you set to adjust tip offers?
