What does this error message mean? "You are unable to post payroll because your account is inactive at this time. Please reach out to support if your believe you were incorrectly prevented from posting payroll."
This error occurs when inactive accounts attempt to post or submit a payroll run. There are a few different ways users might encounter this error, but in any case, the primary contact for your business will need to to make your account active again and/or submit a payroll run.
