Calculate Guest Count Data

To get an accurate guest count, you can use the Guest Information report, which can be accessed by navigating to Reports > Weekly overview > Guest counts > Customers on orders.

This report provides more detailed information about the number of guests served during a specific time period.

The system defaults to one guest per order and is not automatically updated when the number of guests changes. To get an accurate guest count, staff must manually change the number of guests on an order from the lower left-hand corner of the check screen.

You'll also see a guest count on the Sales report, which is based on the number of guests entered when the server starts the table. It's not updated automatically when the number of guests changes.

Note: The system does not have a report that shows weekly guest counts for an entire year.
