Can I edit a time entry report when an employee's wage changed?

• My employee got a raise. Can I add that on the time entry report for the previous week?
• Can you edit the wage for a previous week's time entry report?

If an employee's wage has changed, you can specify the date that the change should take effect. This way, you can impact the wage calculation for a previous week.

Note: If your business uses Toast Payroll, see for further instructions. 

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Employees > Employee management > Employees and locate the employee whose wage you'd like to change.
2. Make the desired change to their wage.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and for the When should this take effect? drop-down, select your desired date. If this date is set in the past, the Time Entry report will be updated to reflect the new wage.
4. Save your changes.
