Fisherman Integration Overview

Fisherman is a website creation and management integration, providing an easy and quick branded website solution to Toast customers. Fisherman’s auto website creation pulls information internally from Toast along with external customer Google and Facebook information, to quickly and easily create a custom-branded website.

Fisherman automatically creates a menu page on the customer’s website, which is tied to their Toast menu, and Fisherman’s integrated syncing with Toast means that customers can make changes on the Toast POS, such as menu data, contact info, hours of operation, etc. and those changes automatically sync to their website. Custom websites enable Toast customers to show up in more web searches, growing their business and guest reach, and Fisherman's DIY agency-level functionality saves Toast customers time and money.

Enable Fisherman Integration With Toast

1. To enable the Fisherman integration with Toast, log into  and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
2. Enter Fisherman in the Search field and select Add Now.
   
    
   
   
3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the  article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.
   1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: . 
4. Once completed, a representative from Fisherman will contact you within one business day to assist you with the onboarding process. The onboarding process may take between three to four weeks, depending on your customization needs.

Configure Fisherman in Toast Web

1. Once you select Add Now on the Fisherman tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Fisherman account, and select Apply
2. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
3. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Fisherman team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Fisherman account, and/or to confirm successful go-live and integration connection for existing Fisherman account holders.
4. You must then add your Fisherman Verification ID into the Fisherman tile/integration Location ID field in their My Integrations in Toast Web. To add your Fisherman Location ID, see the

To complete the connection between Fisherman and Toast, you will need to manually add in your unique Fisherman Location ID, into the Fisherman integration settings within Toast Web.

1. Log in to your Fisherman account dashboard.
2. Select the Integrations Page inside Fisherman, and copy the Verification Code. 
   1. Note: Toast cannot log into your Fisherman account, nor access this Fisherman Verification Code for you. If you need assistance on how to find your Fisherman Verification ID, please contact us for assistance.
      
      
      
      
3. Then log into Toast Web and select Integrations from the left-hand menu rail.
4. Select Configure Integrations.
   
   
    
5. Select the cog wheel icon to the right of the Fisherman integration.
   
   
    
6. In the Location ID  field, you can enter the Verification ID found in your Fisherman account Integrations Page.
7. Select Apply.
