Ramp Integration Features

Ramp is an AI-powered corporate card and spend management platform that helps businesses control costs, automate expense management, and close their books faster. When you enable the Ramp integration via Toast Partner Connect, any Ramp cardholder who pays at that location will automatically have their itemized receipt pulled into Ramp - no manual upload required. This saves time for cardholders, finance teams, and accountants, while increasing receipt compliance rates for Ramp customers dining at participating Toast restaurants.

Enable Ramp Integration With Toast

To enable the Ramp integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable Ramp with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Ramp in the search field and select Add Now.
    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Ramp. Finally, select Apply.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Add Now on the Ramp tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Ramp account, and select Apply
  5. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
  6. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Ramp team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Ramp account.
