Manually Update Firmware on Toast Flex

How do I update the firmware on my Toast Flex device?

Note: Firmware updates are separate from Toast app updates. 

1. In the Toast app, swipe up on the screen to display the Android navigation bar. Tap the home button.
2. From the Android home screen, swipe up to display a list of apps on the device, and select the Settings (gear) icon. 
3. Select System.
4. Select System updates.
5. If the current version is not equal to or higher than 3.0.47, select Check the update. This will manually trigger your device to check for the latest update.
6. After an update is detected, select Reboot the update.
   1. Note: Your system may turn off and on several times during this process. 
7. If a new update is not detected immediately, you can select Check the update up to 3 times. If the update is still not detected, contact Toast Customer Care for further assistance.
8. When the firmware update is complete, you'll be prompted to complete a brief setup workflow on the device.
9. To confirm the update was successful, repeat steps 1-5 to ensure the current version reads 3.0.47 or higher.
