Your xtraCHEF notifications will appear when uploaded invoices are flagged for Action needed and paused from reconciling. Upon receiving a notification, taking action will help ensure exceptions are not overlooked and you're able to reconcile all invoices in a timely fashion.

You can find and review your notifications by selecting the bell icon in the very upper-right corner of your xtraCHEF account. Upon selecting your notifications icon, a drop-down will appear with a detailed view of any invoices recently flagged as Invoice Exception.
By selecting a notification, you will be brought directly to the invoice. There you can review it and resolve the underlying error. Once complete, xtraCHEF will push your invoice back into processing. For an in-depth look the reasons xtraCHEF will pause an invoice, take a look at .
To stay organized, you can also mark notifications as read or delete. This can be done by hovering over a notification and selecting either the trash can icon (to delete) or the envelope icon (to mark the notification as read).
