Review Credit Card Processing Fees

Where can I locate my credit card processing fees on Toast reports?

Credit card processing fees can be found on several reports in Toast Web. Navigate to Reports > Payments, and select one of the following reports:

• Deposit Totals Overview: Here you can see payments, refunds, fees, and net deposits over a selected period of time.
• Settled Deposits Daily Breakdown: Here you can see an overview of the settled date, sales date, total payments, total refunds, fees, and net deposits for a selected date range, and how much was backed out of the daily deposit fees. If you select a specific date on this report, you'll see breakdowns for Batches Settling and Customer Payments Settling for that date.
• Processing statements: Here you can see software fees and other debits and credits that were incurred over the billing cycle and are billed monthly. These statements can be downloaded or exported for your records. 

Why are my Credit Card Fees missing from my Reporting Integration?

When processing card payments, an estimated fee is determined at the time of capture. However, this fee may not be exact until the settlement is received from the credit card processor. This can take approximately one to two days after the transaction, depending on when your cards are set to batch for the day/night, and whether the payment was received on a weekday or weekend.

This will delay the credit card fees from showing on Reporting Integrations until the set fee is determined and updated on the check.
