Purchase a Toast Gift Card on the Branded Mobile App 

  1. To purchase a Toast Gift Card in the Branded Mobile App, navigate to Account > Gift Cards > Purchase a Gift card.
  2. Enter the value, select the payment method from the drop-down menu, or enter new credit card information. 

Note: Third-party gift cards can not be purchased directly in your branded mobile app, however you can create an announcement containing your third-party gift card purchasing URL. To learn more, see Get Started With the Branded Mobile App

Add a Toast Gift Card to the Branded Mobile App 

  1. To add a gift card to the account, navigate to Account > Gift Cards > Add Gift Card.
  2. Scan or type in the gift card number.
  3. Select Save.
  4. Once saved, this card can be used as a payment method at checkout.

 

Note: Third-party gift cards can not be stored or managed in your branded mobile app, however they can be redeemed at checkout.

Use Apple Pay With the Branded Mobile App 

Add A Credit Card to Apple Pay for Branded Mobile App

To ensure your card is linked to your Apple Wallet, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  2. Tap the “+” button to add a card.
  3. Follow the prompts to add your credit or debit card.
  4. The card is then securely linked to your Apple Pay account.

Use Apple Pay at Checkout for Branded Mobile App

When a guest is ready to pay in the Branded Mobile App using Apple Pay, they will follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Apple Pay button directly during the checkout process.
  2.  Confirm their payment following the prompts.

Note: Pending your Apple device settings, your guests may be required to use Face ID, Touch ID, or your enter passcode to authenticate the transaction.
