Answer

At this time, screen recording functionality is not available on your POS. For training videos that you can use with staff, check out Toast Classroom! You can also search for a topic in Support Center and filter your search results to videos only.

Can I view my POS screen from my computer?

Live control of your POS from a computer isn't available. If you want to view your POS screen remotely, Glance is a browser-based screen-sharing tool available in limited release; it lets you view (not control) the screen on a device. Glance requires setup through your Sales, Onboarding, or Customer Success representative, and isn't available to all restaurants yet.
