Toast Payroll: Tax Deposit Notices When Payments Are Made

• Does Toast send tax deposit notices even when payments are made to individual tax agencies?
• Why am I getting a tax deposit notice if I've already made my payment?

At this time, Toast doesn't send out separate tax deposit notices when we pay taxes on your behalf. Instead, you can always confirm the taxes we're collecting and remitting for you in a couple of ways:

• Payroll Reports: Your payroll reports clearly show all the taxes we collect from your business. The Payroll Summary report is highly recommended here.
• Quarterly Tax Packages: Our quarterly tax packages are your official proof of what was paid. You'll find the deposit dates detailed on the third page of these packages.
