Access and Download Prep Tools for Catering & Events Orders

How can I download Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), invoices, prep lists, and/or pack sheets for specific catering orders?

Access and download prep tools for Catering & Events orders into a single download for Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), invoices, prep lists, and pack sheets.

1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Catering & events > Prep tools.
2. Select from either Custom or Standard printing.
3. Select from the options to compile into a single download.
   1. BEOs: Customer info, all fields, internal notes, menu items, and modifiers
   2. Invoices: Customer info, menu items, prices, and modifiers
   3. Prep list: Items and modifiers with quantities
   4. Pack sheet: Items and modifiers by customer and prep station
   5. Kitchen sheet: Customer name, selected fields, internal notes, menu items, and modifiers
   6. Pickup summary: Pickup orders by time, status, tip amount, and form fields
   7. Delivery summary: Delivery orders by time, status, tip amount, and form fields
   8. CSV Export: Order, item, and modifier data in a .csv format
   9. Order summary: Orders by date and time with customer info, quantities, and modifiers
   10. Labels: 2" x 4" labels (10 per sheet) for orders, items, and modifiers
4. Set up Filters to create your Prep lists. 
   1. Prep stations
   2. Dining options
   3. Invoice status
   4. Catering order status 
   5. Menu items
   6. Note: This section is optional. You have the option to set up filters, but it is not required to run a prep tool.
5. You can change the Display of your prep list.
6. Select Download PDF and choose the timeframe for the download.
   
   

Note: Want all the BEOs for a single customer for last week? Filter by customer name and the order date range, select those orders, and download.
