A guest placed an online order through one of our third-party ordering platforms (DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats), and I need to make changes/updates to the order, but I can't find it. What should I do?

If you've used Find Checks (we recommend "Find Checks on the POS") to locate the check in question and don't see it, and the order identification contains letters instead of only numbers (i.e., #970dnC35 instead of #97000035), you will need to contact the third-party ordering partner to request changes to the order.
