Enable the Tacit Integration With Toast

1. To enable the Tacit integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
2. Enter Tacit in the search field and select Add Now.
   
   
3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.
   1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: .
4. Once completed, Tacit will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist you with the onboarding process. We highly recommend that you contact Tacit to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

Tacit’s team will work directly with you to set up and configure Loyalty/Online Ordering to ensure your menus and settings work to specification within Tacit and Toast.

Onboarding and setup process & timelines may vary depending on your requirements.

Configure the Tacit Loyalty Integration in Toast Web

In order to complete the Tacit Loyalty integration, you will need to enable your Loyalty settings in Toast Web by following the steps indicated in this Support Center article: .

Configure the Tacit Online Ordering Integration in Toast Web

In order to complete the Tacit Online Ordering integration, you will need to configure your Other Payment Option and Takeout/Pickup and Delivery dining options in Toast Web using the naming convention indicated below:
