Where can I see house account payment data in Toast reports?

The House accounts page in Toast Web (Payments > Payment methods > House accounts) displays all information about transactions, invoices, and payments related to house accounts. If you use the Select dates drop-down menu on the accounts page to choose a date range, the table will refresh to show you the Total spend per account over that period of time.

Selecting an individual house account will open the house account’s profile page, which includes a table of all Account Activity. This table will show you separate line items to indicate any action associated with the house account, including:

• Sales
• Charge
• Payment
• Adjustment
• Invoice created
• Invoice voided
• Void charge
• Void payment

The house account profile page will also show an Invoices table, which contains all invoices for the account along with the invoice amount and the status (Draft, Open, Sent, Void, Paid). Selecting an invoice will open the details page that contains information about the associated orders and chargers.

If you’re using bulk invoicing for house accounts, you’ll be able to see Total amount paid right from the bulk invoice summary (select Bulk invoices from the left-hand navigation on the House accounts page, and then select a specific bulk invoice to see this summary). 

On the Sales Summary report in Toast Web (Reports > Sales > Sales summary), you'll see payments data for your selected time period, which includes House Account Deferred Revenue. These deferred revenue sections are also added to reports noted in the .
