Where can I see house account payment data in Toast reports?

House Accounts page: In Toast Web, navigate to Finance > Payment > House accounts > Accounts. This page shows all transactions, invoices, and payments related to house accounts.
Total outstanding balance: Select a date range using the Select dates dropdown on the House accounts page to see the total outstanding balance across all house accounts, broken down by individual transaction. Note: only transactions charged to the house account through the POS show up here — invoices or payments applied through other paths won't appear.
Individual account activity: Select a house account to open its profile page. The Account Activity table lists every action taken on the account:

Payment
Adjustment
Invoice created
Invoice voided
Void charge
Void payment
Invoices: The same profile page includes an Invoices table showing each invoice's amount and status (Draft, Open, Sent, Void, Paid). Select an invoice to see its associated orders and charges.
Bulk invoicing: If you use bulk invoicing, select Bulk invoices from the left-hand navigation on the House accounts page, then select a specific bulk invoice to see its Total amount paid.
Sales Summary report: Reports > Sales > Sales summary shows House Account Deferred Revenue for your selected time period. This same deferred revenue data also appears in the reports listed in Financial Reports Overview.
