How can I set up a sales contest at my restaurant?

Toast doesn't have a specific sales contest feature, but there are reports available for you to track server performance.

Use the Item Details report and filter by date or employee to view item sales. This report also has a search bar where you can find sales for specific items only (like "gift cards"). Use the All Hours drop-down if you want to look at item sales during a specific shift or period of time.
