How do I find an eGift card number and apply payment to a check?

There are two ways to accept an eGift card payment on the POS:

• Look up the eGift card by entering the gift card number number
• Scan the QR code by placing it in front of the viewfinder on your terminal (if applicable).

Your guest will receive their eGift card number in their email when the gift card is purchased.

You can also find the eGift card number by locating the check that the gift card was sold on, and selecting the eGift Card line item from the Order Details screen. This will bring up the eGift card information.
