Total Guest Counts

• How are guest counts calculated?
• Can I stop certain orders, like drinks at a bar or waiting area, from counting toward guest counts?

All new orders default to a count of one guest per order. This feature cannot be shut off, and every new order will default to one guest. You can find total guest counts on the Weekly Overview and Sales Summary reports.

If you'd like your sales reports to show an accurate number of guests/covers, your staff will need to manually change the number of guests on an order from the lower left-hand corner of the check screen on the POS device.

Every new order defaults to one guest, and this can't be turned off. To keep reports accurate, staff can change the guest count on an order from the check screen on the POS. See Edit Existing Orders on the POS.
