How are guest counts calculated?
All new orders default to a count of one guest per order. This feature cannot be shut off, and every new order will default to one guest. You can find total guest counts on the Weekly Overview and Sales Summary reports.
If you'd like your sales reports to show an accurate number of guests/covers, your staff will need to manually change the number of guests on an order from the lower left-hand corner of the check screen on the POS device.
