Toast Payroll: Form CA-DE9

CA-DE9 is a Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages form required by the state of California. Toast Payroll files these for CA customers and includes a copy in the quarterly tax package. This can be found by navigating to Reports > Tax Filing. Select the Year and FEIN when necessary.

This does not need to be requested by your company; but is something we file automatically for CA employers. We also file DE 34, DE9C, and DE88 for CA clients.
