If you have a specific modifier that isn't showing up on the POS, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
Your modifier may be hidden. Modifiers (like all menu entities) need to be set to Visible to POS in order to appear on your device. To check your menu visibility setting, follow these steps:
Your menu changes may have not been published. You may also encounter this issue if you have failed to publish your changes. To resolve this, navigate to Menus > Bulk management > Advanced properties. Then, select Save and Publish.
Modifiers and modifier groups may have been set up incorrectly. Modifiers may not show up on your POS if they have not been configured correctly. To review your modifiers and modifier groups configuration, follow these steps:
