The Finance page in Toast Web is where you can discover and manage Toast Finance—Toast's integrated suite of financial tools.

The Finance page in Toast Web is where you can discover and manage Toast Finance1—Toast's integrated suite of financial tools to understand your cash flow, plan for what's coming, and access the funding you need. From banking tools like Toast Checking2 and Toast Capital Loans3, to real-time Cash Flow Insights4, and solutions like Instant Deposit5 that help you access your funds faster, the Finance page brings everything together in one convenient location.

 

You can use the Finance page in your Toast Web to explore available products, access the ones you’re enrolled in, and learn more about how each offering works.

Finance Page Overview

The Finance page (formerly “Financial Products”) is your central hub for all financial tools available in Toast. To access the Finance page:

  1. Log in to Toast Web.
  2. Select Finance in the left-hand sidebar.

Available Financial Products

Toast Finance gives you the tools to understand your cash flow, plan for what's coming, and access the funding you need - all in one place. Start with what your business needs today and add more over time. 

 

Below is a list of available products, along with links to learn more about each one:

  • Cash Flow Insights - your sales, expenses, and account balances—including external bank accounts—connected in one place and updated continuously. 
  • Instant Deposit - on-demand access to your closed card sales every day, once a week, or every once in a while—so cash is always there when you need it.
  • Toast Capital Loans - From upgrading equipment to opening another location, Toast Capital offers access to loans up to $300,000 per location. 
  • Toast Checking - a business checking account that helps you automatically set aside money for taxes, payroll, and expenses—so you know exactly what's safe to spend.
  • Bill Pay with Toast Checking - an accounts payable feature that allows you to submit payments directly to your vendors.

1Toast Finance is the integrated suite of financial products and services offered by Toast or its affiliates that you can use to manage your business's finances. Some products are offered in partnership with third-party financial institutions. Terms, conditions, and fees may apply based on the underlying product or service.

 

2Toast is not an FDIC-insured bank. Toast Checking Accounts are provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC. FDIC deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured bank. Certain conditions must be satisfied for pass-through deposit insurance coverage to apply. Toast Checking Account offers limited checking services. You may issue checks from your Account but not deposit checks into your Account.

 

3Toast Capital Loans are issued by WebBank. Loans are subject to credit approval and may not be available to borrowers in certain jurisdictions. WebBank reserves the right to change or discontinue this program without notice.

 

4Integrated with Toast IQ, cash flow analysis is based solely on the bank account(s) you have connected and is provided for informational purposes only. Categories are assigned based on an initial analysis and can be changed by you at any time. You can disconnect your connected accounts with Toast directly from the Connected Accounts page in Cash Flow Insights, or through your banking provider. 

 

5With instant deposit, your restaurant's card transactions (excluding American Express Direct transactions) will be deposited to your restaurant's eligible bank account typically within a few seconds (may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases). A 1.75% fee is applied to the amount of each instant deposit.
