The Instant Deposit feature allows you to access same-day deposits of closed credit card sales (excluding American Express), transfer funds to eligible bank accounts or Fast Funds-enabled Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and typically receive funds within 30 minutes, 365 days a year. A 1.75% fee applies to each transaction.
Businesses may choose to payout instant deposits to a card or directly to a bank account. For information on the differences between these options, see Instant Deposit Overview.

New customers or locations may experience a 3–5 business day delay for system activation.
Access Issues:
General tip: Ensure you use eligible cards/accounts and meet transaction thresholds for successful deposits.
The instant deposit fee and transaction amount will be deducted from your next scheduled card settlement.
Instant deposit scheduling lets you automate deposits so you don’t have to log in each day. Once enabled, Toast will initiate your instant deposit at your scheduled time, using the available amount at that moment.
Toast checks your available instant deposit amount at the scheduled time. If the amount exceeds $25, the deposit is initiated, typically arriving at the destination within 30 minutes. Otherwise, no deposit occurs.
