Toast Payroll: Payroll Liability by Date Range

Can I pull the payroll liability for a specific date range?

• Payroll Liability is the amount of pay an employer is liable for, including any payroll tax amounts. This is most commonly found on the Payroll Summary report of an already posted payroll.
• You can also use the Consolidated Payroll Summary report (available via Reports > Standard) to find your payroll liability of multiple submitted payrolls.
• You can use the Hours/Earnings by Date Range or Timesheet Labor Cost Report in our to view gross earnings for a specific date range. However, these reports will not include employer taxes generated from these earnings.
