What are the best Toast Payroll reports to use to export all employee data (demographics and payroll amounts)?

Depending on what information you're looking for, different Toast Payroll reports may be most useful:
Employee demographic and position information is downloaded in a unique way. Navigate to Settings > General Setup > Employees. Select the Start button under Update existing employees, although we won't be updating any employees. The report defaults to include demographics, settings, position, and termination, but you can toggle any of the above to No. Select Next and you'll see a Download button to retrieve this information for you.
Navigate to Reports > Standard and search for the Per Pay Period Employee Payroll Audit Report. It offers a close look at historical payroll data per employee. This can be viewed by FEIN, check dates, and pay periods. You may also decide to include any of the following information: taxes, earnings, deductions, and demographics.
Don't forget to download your tax packages and Form W-2 packages under Reports > Tax Filing.
If your company uses the , you may wish to download the Enrollment Results report under Benefits > View benefits module. Select the settings at the top and once the page populates, select the Download button.
If you use both the Benefits and ACA modules in Toast Payroll, ACA filing information can be retrieved by navigating to Benefits > View and manage health benefits > ACA Reporting.
