Como Integration Features

Como is a loyalty, online ordering, and marketing platform that enables Toast customers to gather valuable data and preferences from guest transactions and behaviors via synced information direct from Toast. Como allows Toast customers to enjoy a variety of different loyalty programs, automated marketing promotions, and integrated online ordering, allowing customers to focus on what they do best while maximizing their ROI.

Enable the Como Integration With Toast

  1. To enable the Como integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Como in the search field and select Add Now.
  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article.
    1. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations. 
  4. Once completed, a representative from Como will contact you to assist you with the setup & onboarding process. The setup process may take 30-60 days to be completed, depending on your requirements.

Configure the Como Online Ordering Integration in Toast Web

In order to complete the Como Online Ordering integration, you will need to configure your Other Payment Option and Takeout/Pickup and Delivery dining options in Toast Web using the naming convention indicated below:

 

  • To set up an other payment option named “Como”, follow the steps indicated in this article: Set Up Other Payment Options.
  • To set up your Takeout and Delivery dining option using the naming convention below, follow the steps indicated in this article: Set Up Custom Dining Options.

  • We also recommend that you set up a Como-specific revenue center in Toast Web for sales reporting. Learn more here, Create and Assign Revenue Centers.

Configure the Como Loyalty Integration in Toast Web
