Learn what steps to take if you are having issues logging in to the Toast Tables host app or if you aren't seeing your restaurant after logging into the app.

Toast Tables provides table management, waitlist, and reservation management capabilities, as well as online reservations and online waitlist functionality. In this article, we'll help you troubleshoot issues with your online waitlist and reservations.

I'm Having Issues Logging into the Toast Tables App

First, you want to make sure you are using the same email and password that you use to log in to Toast Web, and that the login that you are using for the Toast Tables app has the appropriate permissions. If you are still having issues logging into the Toast Tables app, make sure that the device you're using is configured correctly:
 

  • Ensure that you are using a supported Apple or Android tablet with the latest Operating System updates.
    • Try logging in from another compatible device. 
  • Ensure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network that can access the internet.  Make sure that your device is not on your Toast secure network.   • Ensure that you are properly logged into your Apple or Android device.
  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the Toast Tables app installed from the Play Store or App Store.
  • Ensure that your device has its time and date set automatically.

  • Ensure that your device has the latest browser installed.  You need an internet browser to sign in.  The app will not let you sign in if you delete your browser on the tablet.

    • For Android devices, see this guide to ensure you have the latest version of Google Chrome. Android devices must use Google Chrome as the browser, not any other system browsers. Make sure your Google Chrome app is not disabled.
  • Ensure that your browser has javascript enabled.

  • Ensure that you do not have any third-party firewall, VPN, or ad-blocking software installed.
    • If Android users are still having issues, make sure to update your Google Play services to the latest version. Follow these instructions to do so.

Why Can’t I See My Restaurant After Logging in to the Toast Tables App?

If you can't see your restaurant on the Toast Tables app, make sure that the employee you are logging in as has the proper permissions for Toast Tables
