If the device is stuck loading anything within Toast, you might need to perform just the normal troubleshooting processes. Confirm that the device is online by checking the passcode page for the Offline Mode banner. You can attempt to re-sync orders on the device. Finally, if none of the above works, make sure to perform a long cycle and a power cycle on the device.

You need to be subscribed to the Kitchen Display Screen Software product to activate KDS Mode on a KDS. to make sure you have it. If you already have this, please reach out to Customer Support to help troubleshoot.
