You can press the power button located on the back of the Flex 3 Guest Display to turn off the screen. This is also a convenient way to power cycle (Off/On) any peripherals connected to the Guest Display USB ports, like card readers. Note: This will not change the payment workflow.

The serial number can be found at the bottom of the guest display or in the About Device section of the Terminal Android Settings.
The Guest Display comes standard with a 3-foot cable. If this is not long enough, you can buy a separate 9-foot cable. Both cables can be purchased in Toast Shop.
No, the Guest Display can only be plugged into the Guest Facing Display port at the base of the Terminal and on the back of the Terminal when mounted on the Server Station base or on a wall mount.
The Flex for Guest Wedge does not work with the Flex 3 terminal.
The Flex 3 Guest Display does NOT work with other Toast terminals, including Flex 14” and Flex 22”.
The 100W Power Supply for Flex 14" and Toast Printer (TP200) should not be used with the Flex 3 Terminal.
