View Reservations on Toast Web

To view your reservations on Toast Web, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Waitlists & Reservations > Overview. You can also see your upcoming reservations by selecting the Calendar view to see an entire month.
2. Use the drop-down menu to select your date to see upcoming reservations.
   • If your guests would like to view and manage their online waitlist and reservations, you can provide them with the links to your restaurant's online waitlist and reservation pages. To retrieve these links, navigate to the following paths in Toast Web:
     • Online Waitlist: Navigate to Waitlist & Reservation > Settings > Waitlist > Online Controls and select the Copy online waitlist link.
       • The details on your public reservation page - your restaurant's hours, cuisine type, and other guest-facing information - are not editable from Waitlists & Reservations > Overview. That screen shows bookings only. Public-facing reservation settings, including the reservation form and the guest preference fields collected on it, are managed in Toast Web under Toast Tables > Settings.
     • Online Reservations: Navigate to Waitlist & Reservation > Settings > Reservations > Reservation controls and select the Copy online reservation link.

Find one specific reservation

• For a reservation on today's or a future date: go to Waitlists & Reservations > Overview and use the date drop-down, or switch to Calendar view to see a whole month at once.
• For a reservation on a past date, or to pull a list of every booking across a date range: go to Waitlists & Reservations > Reports, then at the bottom of the page under 'Looking for more detailed Toast reports?' open Bookings and filter to the date you want. This is the path to use for anything historical or bulk - the Overview screen shows upcoming reservations only.
• If you know the guest but not the date, search by the guest's phone number. Phone number is the identifier staff uses to verify and modify a booking, and it will find bookings that a name search misses.
  • Note: Toast Tables, Waitlist & Reservations, and Bookings all refer to the same reservations system. Toast Tables is the product, Waitlist & Reservations is where you work day to day, and Bookings is the detailed report.

Change an email address

Waitlists & Reservations > Overview is a read-only view of your bookings - you cannot change an email address from that screen. Reservation form settings, including which guest details are collected, are changed in Toast Web under Toast Tables > Settings > Reservation form.
