Place an Order on the Toast Shop

Question

Who can order and what can be ordered on Toast Shop?

Answer

Customers with Toast Shop Access can make purchases directly from the Toast Shop. If you don't have this permission enabled, please refer to the Permissions section below or reach out to our customer support. The Permissions Reference Guide has more info on all permissions.

  • Not all hardware is available in the Toast Shop. To see what's currently in stock, please log in to your account.
  • If you have a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you can connect with them directly from the Toast Shop to take advantage of your Master Services Agreement (MSA) pricing.
  • Customers who are pre-live (after stage 16) can purchase standalone software and browse hardware. Customers who are pre-live (before stage 16) can only browse the Toast Shop.

 

Account Specifics

  • You're using Stripe for gift cards. For assistance, please contact your account representative.
  • You're a multi-location or enterprise customer with 15 or more locations. We want to ensure you get the best pricing, as these groups often have special financing. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for help. If you don't have an CSM, please contact our support team.
  • Your account is in "Test" or pre-live mode. Your Project Owner or Onboarding Representative can assist you with your purchase.
  • You are a reseller. Please contact your reseller directly to complete your purchase.
  • There is a billing hold on your account. Our billing team can assist you in resolving this issue.

 

Permissions

  • You don't have the Toast Shop permission enabled. An Account Admin can grant this permission (8.5). If you are the Owner or Finance Email holder, we can grant access after verifying your information. Otherwise, please reach out to your Account Admin to have this permission enabled.
