Learn about the steps that you can take to troubleshoot issues with the Uber Eats direct integration with Toast.
There may be times when Uber Eats integration issues will occur when menus are settings are not configured accordingly. To ensure that your menus and settings work to specification within Uber Eats and Toast, we highly suggest that you check the settings described below.
If the issue persists, you may contact Uber Eats directly through:

You can view and/or change your menu visibility settings via the following navigation path in Toast Web:
First, navigate to Menus and select your Uber Eats menu. From the Menu details page, scroll down to Properties, and ensure that the setting “Visible to: Online Orders: Ordering partners” is checked off.
